FireCut is hiring a Growth Lead who will own and manage the entire growth pipeline as the sole person in a small fast-growing business responsible for demand generation and marketing.

What will I do in this role?
Key responsibilities of this role include
- Growth strategy — Develop and evolve a comprehensive business growth strategy that includes digital, content, partnerships, etc.
- Demand generation — Develop and execute campaigns aimed at driving inbound leads across multiple marketing channels (affiliates, ads, SEO, sales, etc.)
- Conversion optimisation — Optimise conversion rates through A/B testing
- Churn optimisation — Optimise churn through retention strategies
- Social media management and content creation — Manage our social media strategy and create engaging content that educates our target audience about the product
- Market analysis — Conduct market research to guide growth plan
Who you are
- You have been responsible for growth in users of a B2C Software/SaaS product
- You have worked as the sole responsible person for growth and marketing (doing both strategy and execution)
- You are passionate about finding the best channels for growth, and fully utilising them when you do find them
- You are resourceful and can get results with limited capital investment
- You have experience in digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing
